We'd be happy to set up balloons, but unfortunately, this service is only available for balloons purchased from Beyond Balloons. Perhaps you could consider purchasing the balloons from us for a complete setup experience?
Most balloons arrive inflated and ready to enjoy! However, setup is a separate service starting at $40 and depends on availability and the complexity of your desired arrangement.
Sorry, Beyond Balloons does not provide Helium Gas tank rental service at the moment.
Standard latex balloons: Around 20 can comfortably fit in a typical car's back seat.
24-inch bubble balloons: These will also fit in most car back seats.
36-inch balloons: These are larger and require a roomier vehicle like an MPV or SUV with a large back door for safe transport.
Heat Warning: Avoid placing balloons in the car trunk, as the heat can cause them to pop.
Consider our convenient delivery service, especially for larger balloon packages!
Keep it Cool:
• Heat is the enemy of balloons! Avoid direct sunlight and hot environments. This will prevent the helium from expanding and causing the balloon to pop. Don't leave balloons in a hot car for any extended period.
• Temperature extremes can affect float time. Cold temperatures can make balloons shrink a bit, but they will return to normal size in warmer temperatures.
Handle with Care:
• Sharp objects are a big no-no! Keep balloons away from furniture with sharp edges or anything that could puncture them. Be gentle when transporting them.
• Static can make balloons cling. A light mist of water on a cloth can help reduce static and keep balloons from sticking to each other or surfaces.
Location, Location, Location:
• Skip the outdoors! Wind can easily damage or carry away balloons. Rain will also make latex balloons deflate and droop. Enjoy your balloons indoors for the best results.
• Choose the right spot. Avoid placing balloons near open windows, vents, or anything that could blow them around.
